Adam Howard – Director
Adam is the founder and director of Resilience Security and Risk Solutions and Street Safe Australia. He has over three decades of experience in security and commercial contract management, risk management, security operations, property service operations, training & development and industry board involvement.
Adam has held state, regional and national roles during this time, gaining significant experience in major event management, planning and operations along with extensive integrated services experience across a variety of industry sectors. He has gained unique and broad-based experience within the contract management and facility services industry. Adam’s experience also includes design and delivery of specialised training and advisory services to private security firms, law enforcement and other government agencies, Australian Defence Force personnel and the commercial aviation sector.
Since 2015, Adam has consulted for a range of businesses and government agencies on counter-terrorism, safety and security, as well as property and asset services contract management.
Returning from a 12-month residency in New York City in late 2025, where he worked closely with elements of the NYPD and FDNY as a security advisor, Adam recently developed a specialist training program for security control room officers, focused on critical incident response in crowded places.
This is the third industry-specific training package that Adam has designed, and is scheduled for national rollout through 2026. This program is the first of its kind in Australia.
